I've hired cars all over the world and this was the best experience. Easy booking via email and also some WhatsApp comms. They happened to be based at my hotel and Joanna provided fantastic service - proactively helping to find any marks on the car, explaining everything clearly about what to do in case of a situation and making sure we where comfortable in the car. Everything was very relaxed but also efficient - just how it should be. No hidden tricks via fuel or weird insurances either. Well done and I wish all the mega global car hire companies had the same approach.

Hired a 9 seater minibus with less than 12 hours notice as a surprise for a family day out from our hotel. Vehicle was ready, clean and in perfect condition on pickup from my hotel (Mitsis Grand Hotel Rhodes) the following morning. Collection and handover a well as return were all quick, easy and without fuss. I've hired over 100 foreign vehicles and many of them could learn a few things from this experience. Staff were fantastic in all areas.

I booked a car via email. No deposit required. Cash payment acceptable. Handover and return was quick, nice service. They are reasonable, they do not try to find something to charge you money as big international rental companies. A car was nice with some 50k on the odometer, maybe around 4 years old.

Fantastic rental car company. The best on Rhodes. Car car was good, delivered to our hotel. Georgia was great. She sorted out the car we needed that day, at a better price than the competitors but she then gave us lots of ideas of where to go and which beach’s were best for the family etc. great service. Great service, great price. No need to pay 'on site' car rental this place is right across the street. Stayed in touch as soon as we landed and picked my family and luggage up right in front of the terminal. Simple return too. Will obviously use next time we are in Rhodes.

We rented a car for one day and we're very happy with Marathon. Communication was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The information given was very practical and I liked the fact that there was no creditcard deposit. Eventually we got the perfect day that we hoped for. Driving around Rhodes in a nice and reliable car without any hassle. I can highly recommend Marathon.

We rented a Fiat 500 cabrio from Connie near Rhodes old town. We had it for 2 days, we had loads of fun with our little car and travelled all over the island. We took it back and there was no problems like you sometimes get with hire companies, everything was a fab experience from start to finish, I highly recommend going to visit the girls for your hire car needs.
